LiteFi is expanding its team and is seeking a results-driven SME Loan Officer – Collateral to support the growth of its SME lending portfolio.
This role is suited to an experienced finance professional with expertise in SME lending, collateral assessment, credit management, or business development, and a strong interest in helping businesses access responsible financing.
Key Requirements
Applicants should have:
- 2–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in SME lending, collateral evaluation, business development, or credit management.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify and develop viable business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of responsible credit practices and risk management.
- Ability to assess client needs while maintaining sound lending standards.
