ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a non-withdrawable deposit SACCO based in Nairobi County, is seeking to recruit a motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented Business Development Officer.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the SACCO’s growth by developing strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering measurable results that contribute to sustainable organisational impact.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Applicants should possess:
- A Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably within the SACCO or financial services sector.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Good knowledge of market research, digital marketing tools, and emerging marketing trends.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
