About the Opportunity

Rafiki Microfinance Bank is seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management, operational efficiency, financial discipline, and strategic cost management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial performance, improving cost management, and supporting the Bank's continued growth.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A university degree in a business-related field.
  • CPA Finalist status or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within banking or the financial services sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
  • Working knowledge of banking operations, financial controls, and general banking practices.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Strong financial discipline and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage and control costs effectively.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
