About the Opportunity
Rafiki Microfinance Bank is seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management, operational efficiency, financial discipline, and strategic cost management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial performance, improving cost management, and supporting the Bank's continued growth.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A university degree in a business-related field.
- CPA Finalist status or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within banking or the financial services sector.
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
- Working knowledge of banking operations, financial controls, and general banking practices.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

- Proven ability to manage and control costs effectively.
